What is Acuity Real Estate Management?

Acuity is a real estate management company that partners with independent brokers and broker associates to create, manage, market and cultivate their own branded real estate brokerage.   Most of Acuity's client's are broker associates that were formerly established with large corporate brands. Acuity is defined as "sharpness or keenness of thought, vision, or hearing".  Acuity's principles and characteristics are inspired by a vision of where the real estate market is going, a keen awareness of where it has been and a precise thought process to guide your brokerage through continual success.

Do I have to have my Broker’s License to use Acuity?

A.

No, as long as you are eligible to take your broker's course you can start the process with Acuity of creating you own brokerage.  However, it will be required for you to obtain a broker's license before you can officially open and operate your new brokerage. How long does it take to setup and open a new brokerage?

On average it takes 30 to 60 days to create your new brokerage from the ground up.  Everything from corporate filing, infrastructure, technological systems to marketing is prioritized and completed swiftly once you have made the decision to utilize Acuity's services.

How many sales associates do I need to qualify?

None!  Any Real Estate Broker can utilize Acuity's services.  However, a large portion of continual success for a profitable brokerage requires hiring sales associates.  With Acuity the sky is the limit.  We have the resources and the ability to grow with your brokerage and guide you in the direction you desire.
